Sample of my diet

Sample menu:
Meal One: Egg whites and old fashioned oats with 4 strawberries
Meal Two: Chicken Breast with lettuce, bell peppers, tomatoes, avacado and vinegar or low fat dressing
Meal Three: Turkey burger on Ezekial Bread with lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard and organic ketchup
Meal Four: White fish and steamed veggies with lemon juice
Meal Five: Cottage cheese with cinnamon and Z-sweet and roasted flaxseeds
